Method :
– Put 10 drops of the extraction buffer in the extraction tube.
– Take the nasopharyngeal swab with the swab.
– Immerse the swab in the extraction tube for 1 minute, then remove it by pressing the flexible walls of the tube.
– Place the dropper teat on the extraction tube and place 4 drops of solution in the well.
– Read the result at 15 min.
